DELIVERY

Products that are in stock will be dispatched the same day for orders that are placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday (Except Bank Holidays).

Orders that are placed on a Friday before 12 pm we will endeavour to ship the following Monday.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 2-3 working days, and to Europe in 4 – 5 working days
We send all parcels via Royal Mail. If you have not received your delivery within 15 working days of the expected time, please contact us at info@luvplay.co.uk.

Orders over £40 will receive FREE UK delivery
For delivery outside the UK and Europe please contact us for further information.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special packing requests you may have. We are happy to help and will deal with special requirements wherever we can

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you’ll be happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will exchange the item.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please email info@luvplay.co.uk with your order number and address, and we will provide you with our returns address. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
